Email Signature Generator

Create a professional email signature with safe contact links, original templates and a locally processed logo.

How to add an email signature

  1. Enter your contact details, choose a template and optionally upload a small logo.
  2. Use Copy signature for formatted HTML, or download the HTML and copy its rendered contents.
  3. In Gmail, open Settings > See all settings > General > Signature, paste and save. In Outlook, open Settings > Accounts > Signatures (or File > Options > Mail > Signatures in classic Outlook), paste and save. Send yourself a test email.

Frequently asked questions

Can I paste HTML source directly into Gmail?

Gmail expects rendered content in its signature editor. Use Copy signature, or open the downloaded HTML, select the rendered signature and copy it. Copy HTML source is intended for HTML-aware editors.

Will every email client display the same design?

No. These templates use simple tables and inline styles, but clients can change spacing or strip embedded images. Test your signature in the clients your recipients use.

What happens to my logo and contact details?

They are processed locally in this page and not uploaded or saved by this editor. Downloaded HTML can contain your contact details and embedded logo; share it carefully.
